Tax Agent Disclosure Statement

The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a public register of all registered, suspended, and deregistered Tax and BAS agents. Only registered practitioners are legally permitted to provide tax agent services. You can verify our registration at: https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register

In accordance with the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024, we are required to disclose the following:

Prescribed Events: We confirm that, within the past five years (from 1 July 2022), no events have occurred that we are required to report to you under subsection 45(1)(d) of the Determination.

Conditions on Registration: We confirm that our tax agent registration is not subject to any conditions.
